By using Fold In you agree to these Terms. They are a contract between you and Fold In. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Fold In
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU). You are responsible for your account, the people you invite to your Folds, and the items you list. Keep your login secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions, and notes you post. You grant Fold In a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the app so we can run the service. You can delete your content at any time.
Community rules
Don't post anything illegal, threatening, or abusive. Don't list items you don't have the right to share. Don't harass other members. We can remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. You can report problems with the in-app Report tool.
Borrowing
Fold In facilitates borrowing between people who already know each other. We are not a party to those transactions. Items, condition, and any disputes are between the people involved. Use the incident flow to resolve issues; we may step in if both parties cannot agree.
Tiers and payments
Some features may be limited by tier. If we introduce paid tiers, the in-app purchase will go through the App Store / Play Store and follow their terms. We do not store payment information.
Termination
You can delete your account from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we retain only what we need to comply with legal obligations.
Disclaimer
Fold In is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in that case the limits are the minimum allowed.
